At Adventure Tales, we want you to feel confident when booking your trip with us. As our services involve travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, and other travel services, refunds are handled according to the applicable booking and cancellation terms.

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available when a booking is cancelled in accordance with the applicable Cancellation Policy.

For tour packages:

Cancellations made 31–90 days before travel are eligible for a refund, except for the booking amount.
Cancellations made 16–30 days before travel are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 15 days of travel are eligible for a 10% refund.

If Adventure Tales has already made payments to hotels, tour operators, transport providers, airlines, or other vendors on your behalf, applicable amounts may also be deducted from your refund. Such deductions will be supported by proof and will never exceed the total amount paid for your package.

2. Flights

Flights require full payment upfront.

Refunds or cancellation charges for flights may depend on the applicable airline, fare conditions, and booking terms.

3. Changes Instead of Cancellation

If you wish to change your travel dates or group size instead of cancelling your booking, this may usually be possible for a small fee and subject to availability.

Please contact Adventure Tales as soon as possible if you wish to make changes to your booking.

4. Genuine Emergencies

Genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Supporting documentation or proof may be required before any exception or refund is considered.

5. Refund Processing

Once a refund has been approved, Adventure Tales will process the applicable refund in accordance with the booking and payment terms.

The final refund amount may depend on amounts already paid to third-party travel providers and the applicable cancellation conditions.

6. Non-Refundable or Third-Party Charges

Certain amounts paid to airlines, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, or other vendors may be non-refundable or subject to their own cancellation conditions.

Where such amounts have already been paid on your behalf, Adventure Tales may deduct the applicable amount from your refund, subject to the conditions stated above.

7. Taxes

GST is already included in the applicable tour package price.

For overseas packages, TCS (Tax Collected at Source) may also be collected as required by law.
