Cancellation Policy - Adventure Tales

At Adventure Tales, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation Policy explains the applicable refund terms when you cancel a confirmed booking.

1. Tour Package Cancellation

For tour packages, the applicable refund depends on the number of days remaining before your scheduled travel date.

Cancellation Timing	Refund
31–90 days before travel	Everything except the booking amount
16–30 days before travel	50%
Within 15 days of travel	10%

The applicable refund is calculated according to the booking amount and the applicable terms of your trip.

2. Hotel and Vendor Payments

If Adventure Tales has already paid hotels, tour operators, transport providers, or other vendors on your behalf, those amounts may be deducted from your refund.

Any such deduction will:

Be supported by proof; and
Never exceed the total package cost.

3. Flight Bookings

Flights require full payment upfront.

Flight cancellations are subject to the applicable airline and fare conditions. Any refund will depend on the applicable booking and airline cancellation terms.

4. Changing Your Booking

If you would prefer to change your travel dates or group size instead of cancelling your booking, this is usually possible for a small fee and subject to availability.

Please contact Adventure Tales as early as possible to request a change.

5. Genuine Emergencies

Genuine emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Supporting proof may be required.

Any exception to the standard cancellation terms will be considered based on the circumstances and the applicable travel-provider conditions.

6. How to Cancel

To request a cancellation, please contact Adventure Tales with your booking details.

Your cancellation request should be made as early as possible because the applicable refund depends on the date on which the cancellation is made.

7. Refunds After Cancellation

Once your cancellation has been reviewed, Adventure Tales will determine the applicable refund based on this Cancellation Policy and any amounts already paid to third-party vendors on your behalf.

8. Important

Cancellation terms may be affected by the specific conditions applicable to flights, hotels, tour operators, transport providers, or other services included in your booking.

Where applicable, those conditions will be communicated to you before confirmation.
